Flood Damaged Cars

While cars that have been immersed in deep water or salt water may not be viable for repair, if a car has been filled with just a few inches of water it is possible to dismantle and restore without needing to replace furniture.

Seats and carpets will usually need to be completely removed for cleaning, drying and treatment to prevent mould and mildew. Most cars these days have sensors and control units concealed under the carpets, and these along with seat belt tensioners will usually need to be replaced. But virtually all other interior fittings, including leather seats can be cleaned or refurbished.
